Jack, Matt, and Logan at Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair were outstanding. Always pleasant and courteous. We had trouble with LG who sent out 2 other services, neither of which resolved our issues. So after research we chose LG certified company “FW Refrigerator Repair” but LG drug their feet in scheduling. Matt and Logan at FW Ref Repair diagnosed and repaired before we ever heard back from LG. They were thorough and efficient, and actually fixed the problem. A true joy to work with. Thank you Jack, Matt and Logan!
I called late on Tuesday and Matt was here Wednesday morning. Very friendly and professional. Replaced the icemaker in a matter of minutes. Happy to recommend this crew.
