Staff is always so friendly and make sure you are comfortable for your procedure. They explain everything and educate you on what to do before and after the procedure.
This is a good oral surgeon, but they're not staffing their phones during business hours and automatically have an AI pretending to be a human text you instead. Who needs to hire a woman named Katie when you can have an LLM pretend to be one :) Lying about being closed, lying about a human messaging. Extremely offputting.

I was referred here to FW Oral Surgery from Boswell Dental with an emergency. I am on a work assignment in TX so believe me when I say this, I was not happy to have this problem with this infection. However, I had the best experience ever in a dentist chair at FW Oral Surgery. I did not feel a thing, no anxiety, no pain removing a moler which infected my gum and the infection was spreading into my sinus cavities. Very good sedation, it was great!
