Les was amazing, he helped with the warranty company and we were able to get the transmission replaced since it was covered but they were giving us push back.

I was considering buying a new car, but after my experience with this Nissan dealership, I have completely removed Nissan from my list. I had my hybrid Nissan Altima towed to the dealership after losing my keys. The issues started even before I arrived. When calling the number listed, I was repeatedly transferred to the service department, but no one ever answered. I left multiple voicemails, none of which were returned. My wife brought her 2020 Murano (with about 50,000 miles) in for service and was told she needs to replace front bushings. Google search says this is a known problem with Muranos which tells me either Nissan has a design issue or chose a low quality part. Came back to update this review as dealership told us to pursue through their consumer affairs division and then LIED and told them they had fixed everything leaving us no recourse.
