Sales and price are 5 stars. Service gets a 1 star, the roll cage bolts were not tight and fell out during the first ride of my 2025 Talon. All of the front end screws were hand tight. The air cleaner was missing both seals.

My wife and I made an appointment with Nautia on Monday for first thing Tuesday morning. Nautia met us with a smile and hand shake, offered us something to drink and then introduced us to Mike our salesman. The bike we wanted to see had sold the Saturday before but that is ok. We found another along with a bike for my wife and the whole experience was very pleasant and seamless. The staff was very professional from sales to service to delivery.
