Went to RideNow in Burleson today for my first bike. Ran into Gabe, he was amazing. I was nervous since I had never got a bike before and brought my dad with me just in case, but Gabe ended up making the process seamless. From the time we walked in, to the finances and negotiations he was patient and very laid back! Anyways I got to walk away with the Kawasaki Ninja 650 in an awesome color scheme. If you come in for your own bike I highly recommend Gabe!!!
This place has been a total joke. I took my bike in for a tire replacement. It took 3 weeks to get it back. They accidentally broke a bolt on my tire sensor. That was cool, things happen sometimes. The problem is no one ever called me, I had to call them. 3 times they said they ordered the part but didn't. When I finally got it back the GM told me I could have a partial refund and that helped ease the pain except nearly 3 more weeks later and I still haven't gotten it. I would recommend going to the Fort Worth location. Burleson does not stand behind their deals. I was supposed to have the side panel replaced on my Segway after it ran out of gas as they were getting it ready to load and the guy tried picking it up by the side with a fork lift. Was told one was getting ordered…. Now the manager and sales guy are gone and “no one knows about it”. You can never get anyone in service to answer, they takes Weeks to look at issues. Just not worth the time. Won’t return for anything else
