Drake was great. Came on an ER visit after I was blown off by a couple of others. Found several things wrong. Got us up and going.
I needed to get the upstairs part of my home cool, o the downstairs didn't have to be freezing. Mike and Ken came up with a great solution and they implemented it. While doing the work a few other unexpected things happened and they took it all in stride, made adjustments, and now everything works like it should upstairs. Look at that.It is cool. it is cool upstairs and warmer downstairs. Thank you to Mike and Ken, i appreciate you.
