I've been going with dr crystal now for 15 years and have been very happy
Dr. Cristol has been my cardiologist for about 18 years and I trust him and his knowledge with all my heart. He always make me feel reassured and listened to. He's been with me through some rough times and I sure am glad he was! Amy Smith
Nice guy but his office has a serious problem with scheduling. I show up 30 minutes early...my appt time comes and goes by 30 minutes...everyone in the waiting room is looking at their phones and watches. Last time, I waited an hour in the exam room before he showed. I going to have to go to someone else
I went in to see him in 2022 after years of seeing various specialist who couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me and discovering a symptom I hadn’t noticed before, tachycardia upon standing. He ordered several tests and scheduled a follow up, which I was already nervous about because he was incredibly rude during that first appointment. Went to the follow up and he walks in, sits down and looks at the test results for what very much seems to be the first time. Multiple bad experiences....can never get through to a human being on the phone and they rarely return calls. Seem to have no regard for patients pain or worries. Often cancel appointments or not make appointments in a timely matter. Important procedures put off for weeks when patient is having frequent chest pain. Do yourself a favor and go to a different cardiologist.
