Dr. James is ok. His staff needs to learn how to treat people from the office manager, Lee, who thinks she is God and that nurse Lindalee Smith who needs to go to charm school. They must have forgotten that they are treating heart patients and they do not need any additional stress put upon them with the attitude that they present themselves with. My surgery relieved my discomfort and pain. I am very well pleased with my doctors that I have seen and the office staff has been very professional and help with all my needs and request.
