I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Tate—he’s truly an amazing and caring doctor. He takes the time to listen, answers all your concerns, and genuinely cares about his patients. We need more doctors like him! Before seeing Dr. Tate, I was constantly dismissed at the ER, being told that nausea and vomiting were just a normal part of pregnancy. I was initially referred to Dr. Tate and then there was an issue with my insurance, so I didn't see him, but his staff person Cindy is amazing and helpful, so I can say the office is great to work with.
At my initial appointment over a month ago, I voiced concerns about a specific diagnosis, but the doctor dismissed them, assuring me there was probably nothing to worry about. A week later, I had a follow-up sonogram, and the nurse confirmed that I did, in fact, have the diagnosis the doctor had brushed off. Since then, I have not heard from the doctor at all. The woman that work in this office will always have a special place in my heart. Dr. Tate has seen me through two previous pregnancies and now again for my final pregnancy. The staff is compassionate and deeply caring. I can't tell you what a breathe of fresh air it is.
