Awesome dentist and staff! Dr. Loeffelholz and his staff gave me the VIP treatment while performing a tricky root canal. I didn't feel a thing. Ultra clean and modern office.
Horrible experience. No one listened to my health concerns or pain fears (except the wonderful dental assistant). It was a miserable, expensive appointment and in the end…. He couldn’t help me anyway as I was not a candidate for a root canal. I do not recommend this provider to ANYONE with a fear of dental treatment or facial pain issues. (But he still collected his $340.)

If I could give this practice 10 stars, I absolutely would. I had a horrible experience with my first endodontist and sent FW Endodontics a contact request through their website over the weekend for a second opinion. Monday morning, I had a call back by 0740, a consultation appointment booked at 0920, and my procedure (root canal) was done the same afternoon. The staff were well informed and knowledgeable. The doctors assistant was very friendly, explained the exam to take place, X-rays and was respectful. The doctor was friendly and showed he cared about his patient. Explained the procedure to be done.
