This appears to me as an obvious flame attempt by a disgruntled former employee. Whoever would believe that such a biased opinion is a valid one would be naive. In my personal history Fort Worth Custom Pools has done a fine job of installing some very impressive pools. Anonymous internet critics are to be taken seriously only after having added a grain of salt.
They will rip you off – I was very surprised when i read the positive review about this company. As both an employee and a former customer i can tell you they are no good. GLEN AND HIS SON TYLER ARE DISHONEST LIARS AND CROOKS. Glen Bullard is a very dishonest and money hungry man. After working for him for quite sometime the number of cover-ups and sketchy activity got to be to much to handle. they cut corners in every aspect of the job, he refuses to hire full time employees so he relies on unsupervised workers sub contract... read more
Worst Pool Service Ever – Their pool service is terrible. They make a deal to show up once a week and do not show up at all but they sure don't forget to send you a bill for work they NEVER did. I called and spoke to Paul. Very rude and not interested in keeping existing customers.

WORST Company Ever – No Project Management/Office Management/Business skills/People skills/ Customer relationship skills at all. Yes, they are the lowest price and in their case you get what you pay for. I have reported them to the Better Business and I cant say enough negative things about them. Truly the worst I have ever come across. (5 months and our work still isnt finished or corrected)
