Horrible bank. I have tried to pay off my loan online and was denied due to paying too much! I sent in a check and now I owe more in interest. I tried to pay online again and was denied, stating amount was not at a minimum. I called the bank and talked to a rude lady who said there was nothing she could do. Bank or do loans with another company.
Dina is amazing once again. Had to give a 5 stars for this branch as well because you guys saved me in a pinch and got me into a car. Can't thank ya'll enough!
Went in today for help on a couple of things and the ladies working were so helpful and knowledgeable.
If you are driving down the street you wouldn't be able to notice this credit union from your car, but this place is warm, clean, and friendly. I have an account with the bank, so I stopped by to take care of business, I walked into the building and met with the Bank Manager's office to take care of my business. The bank manager offered me a seat on a chair in her office, as I sat down I looked at her desk and saw this bowl of rocks.
