All you have to do is look at the reviews. So here is the deal. I have a FWCC credit card that they charge me 3 bucks to send a paper statement out on my 0 balance account each month. Which I was required to go online and OPT OUT of per there customer service MANAGERS. YET they clog my mail up with life insurance offers. Credit offers. More Credit card offers. Etc...... I’m making this review after I have had time to process what happened to me and my husband today by Raymond Bush so I am not emotionally reacting out of anger. Raymond who is the AVP at this “community” credit union treated my husband with zero respect and kindness, which is the kind of people we strive to be everyday no matter who we come across in life.
