I am and always will be a strong advocate for credit unions. However, when a credit union becomes so big that members are no longer allowed access to decision makers such as the VP of Operations to help solve problems then you're too big and you no longer understand or believe in the reason credit unions exist. How sad. Credit Unions are and always SHOULD be by the people, for the people.
TINA is an absolutely terrible person one of our worst banking experience completely unprofessional and unhelpful. What a horrible experience my father will be closing his account with this bank and will never do business with them again. AVOID this bank at all cost.
