Marek is phenomenal! His customer service started from the initially request. I submitted an inquiry on a Sunday and didn’t expect a response until Monday. He answered immediately and was very helpful at getting me a quote quickly and a date to come clean. When he arrived he made sure to take a Quick Look at the job and provided the final quote before starting. He did an amazing job on our grout and carpet. We will most definitely be using Marek again!
I had my carpets cleaned. It was easy to make an appointment. The service was reasonably priced. Marek was professional and friendly. My carpet looks great!
