Great surgeons! Friendly, professional knowledgable staff. They are aware of what everyone else is doing and jump in whenever one needed a hand. It was a pleasure watching how all the staff are in sync. Working so well together is a rare thing to see nowadays.

Office staff excellent at communicating appointments and responding to queries. Both during the initial appointment and follow-up, Dr. Ames was unhurried, answered my wife's and my questions about my right hip pain, and explained his suggestions rationally. My first apt after a full achilles rupture was with Dr Anne's. I asked about the MRI that was done a few days previous and I wasn't given an answer. He was pleasant enough but said the only option was non op which I found out after is not true at all. Considering my activity level and position in the Military it should have been a choice. But all in all it was still satisfactory over all with Dr Annes. My big complaint is 4 weeks after when told to come back for followup. For me to drive all the way there and risk reinjuring... read more
