This review is based solely on attempting to talk to a urology nurse or schedule a follow-up appointment. Or even just actually talking to a staff member. On two different occasions in the last week, I've called their office. I was on hold the first time for 45 minutes to schedule a follow-up appointment after an ER visit. Today, I was on hold for 37 minutes to be able to talk to a nurse. Finally got through only to be told that a nurse would call me back. Why is it so difficult to get through to your office??
