So far even just from the customer service I received on the phone this morning this is a good dentist she made it as easy as possible for me and explained thing to me I didn't understand she made the process simple and easy to understand she answered my questions and was able to get me an appointment set up pretty quick
Call was routed to Aspen Dental for some reason and they were able to get an appointment for six days out. Not sure if it would be considered an emergency if you can wait almost a week.
This place got me in when I had a broken tooth. Unfortunately, they had to pull it due to how badly damaged it was. But I am grateful they did the right thing. 😁🌟
Mia answered my questions quickly and made sure I was seen as soon as possible by the doctor. Not only did I get good quality care, but a professional staff that was able to help me out when I needed it.
It was busy signals for over 15 minutes. I wasn't sure why, but I managed to get through after awhile and set up an appointment.
