So many great things to say about my experience at FBBC....I love the coaches, the people, and the programming. It's a true #fitfam community, full of support and encouragement. The owners/coaches are truly passionate about improving your wellness inside & out. They know how to accommodate exercises for various fitness levels and always focus on proper form and safety. Convenient class schedules, upbeat/energizing environment, fresh challenging workouts -*- FBBC is functional fitness at it's finest.

Very energetic and personable down to earth instructors/coaches. Loved that the workouts could be modified or intensified to your preference. I would highly recommend trying this place out.

I am dissapointed and feel somewhat mislead. They advertise that it's a "free" 6 week boot camp, but once in there, having my initial one on one, I was informed that there is a $500 deposit. I supposedly get that back once I complete the 6 week course. I was told I will have 3 instructors that will "stay on me." I was told everything that I wanted and neede to hear.
