Great experience from setup to move in. Staff was fast and had me set up within mins. The property is clean and convenient. This is my families second unit in Fort Wayne. Best storage in town!!!
No prorated options. I tried to use a climate controlled unit and the light turned off while i was sorting and putting away my items! I was in the damn pitch black after about 10 minutes. Like what the hell!! I've never had such a problem with a place before. Also had to prop the door open just to get my stuff in and out. Was such a pain. If I could do zero stars, I would. I used the unit for 2 days. TERRIBLE. Do not use them if you're not going to use the full time!!
This is a great self-service storage facility and is my go to location for storage units in Fort Wayne. Easy to rent and easy to vacate when you need to. I experienced same day and nearly instantaneous service for both!
