Terrible experience as we were denied service, because Dr. Serena was having a bad day, 👎 after we drove several hours to the appointment. She decided that she was not going to crop our dogs ears because she didn't think we could do his aftercare properly and she didn't want her name attached to that as if we were not capable of caring for our own pet!
