DON'T BOTHER CALLING IF YOU ARE ON STATE INSURANCE. They don't see poor people! They are in it for the money. As soon as I called, the first thing out of the ladies mouth was about their money. Once I told her it was medicaid they said aren't taking any state patients at the time. (But they really haven't in about 8 years. I called for my oldest about 7 years ago....same results.) First time appointment today for my daughter. The staff is amazing and patient. This is the first time we have went to a pediatric dentist without having tears before leaving. The dentist explained everything to my daughter age 3 and let her ask as many questions as she needed to feel comfortable before doing anything. So glad we gave them a try!
had an incredibly easy experience having two fillings done for my 7yo yesterday and just wanted to say thank you! i was anxious myself coming in and you guys made everything so comfy and simple and i was so shocked at how quickly the appointment went! thank you again for your services and patience you are absolutely in the right field!!
