After having been previously diagnosed with ADHD in early childhood. My insurance company decided I needed to be "Re- diagnosed" if I wanted medication. FW Neuropsycology was Fantastic to work with! Like alllll Nueropsych offices in Fort Wayne they were scheduled out a bit. But offered a cancelation list if you could be flexible. I got a call and was in for evaluation, testing appointment, and results within 18 days!! It was amazing As a claims industry professional, I understand the complexities and even "Foreign language" ... read more

I’ve had a bunch of experiences with this place, and none of them were good. They don’t seem to care much about their current patients. We had to wait over six months just to get a second appointment, even though it was supposed to be just a few weeks later. Update: 7/1/2025 - Received the small refund I was owed, still waiting for the rest of the money I am owed. Updated - 5/31/2025 - Still no refund, and instead of making the situation right like a reputable company they sent a letter informing they will no longer provide services to my son. Not a company I would ever recommend at this point. If Google could let me give a zero star review I would give zero. Back in November 2024, I received services from this provider who is contracted with my insurance. Despite this, they ref... read more

Despite this, they refused to accept my insurance at the time, so I paid out-of-pocket. My insurance company later confirmed they ... read more

We waited several months for appointments hoping this would be our chance to get my child help with his obvious autism, that has been pointed out by staff at his school who have worked with autistic people for years.(We also have several direct family members who are diagnosed.) I was told I must be exaggerating my answers to try and get help and felt like nobody wanted to take me seriously. Apparently because my child can sit some dolls in front of a tv, and know how to set up a dollhouse that means he cannot be autistic. T... read more
