Everyone is very nice and caring
The doctors and nurses are 5 star amazing, and my husband and I are forever indebted to them, but the condescending demeanor of the receptionist and scheduler is appalling! Every client of this business is obviously having some health challenges, so ladies, please, dig deep and find some empathy and professionalism when people who are going through probably the worst time of their life, call for your help, which IS your job, by the way.
