To cancel two appointments in a row for a new patient is unprofessional af and makes you look incompetent and unprepared!!! Would not recommend this place at all.
No one answers the phone no one replies to voicemails and when you do get an appointment they cancel the day of do not waste your time or money this place has gone downhill worst experience anywhere I’ve ever been.
If I could give it negative 10 I would. This place is terrible, communication sucks, no one returns your call and half the time they don’t even fill the prescriptions they give you. This place is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! Dr. Verula was the best ever. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and I am thankful for them every single day!!
Dr Veerula and his staff have always been wonderful to me. I was in such a mess 5 years ago. He took the bull by the horns and ran with it. Got me feeling much better, I’m not 100% there but much better. On a somber note, he will be missed greatly. I am overwhelmed with the news of his passing I pray for his family that they get through this some how. He has definitely left some huge shoes to fill.
