K Underwood here is extremely rude and very disrespectful. Trying keep a positive mindset on life, Kirsten is the worst person to deal with. I have begged her multiple times for a supervisor but she refuses to tell me who that is. I even mentioned to her that I struggled with mental health disabilities in an email, she called me with a very rude and disrespectful attitude. Ok this morning I had the opportunity to meet a very special person. I was blessed?back to the story I was late doing my Recertification and Employee Lashunda Gates who is actually service coordinator wow thank you Jesus she helped me because I lost my mother in May 2026 96 years old and that distraction caused me to reach out to the Fort Wayne housing authoritie and thank you to her boss again thank you for everything 🙏 Michael s.
I can't say enough good things about LaShunda Gates at the Fort Wayne Housing Authority. She was incredibly patient and supportive during the application process. She took the time to ensure every question was answered thoroughly, helping the applicant stay fully in compliance. I'm so grateful for her dedication. She made a huge difference.
The lady that I dealt with while I was there was very nice she answered all my questions, I was in and out of there in like 10 minutes if I was even in there for 10 minutes
