I tolerated the length of time it took this guy to install my gutters. However, I've have been trying to get him to come and repair a minor flaw for over a year with no luck. I strongly suggest you find an another business. Apparently he's not as proud of his work as he leads you to believe.
Came out to quote 2 days after I called, promised a snail mail quote within 2 days. No quote came for 5 days and I had 2 other contractors awaiting my decision. If this is how this company operates in trying to wrangle business, my concern is how responsive are they once the contract is signed. No comment on their technical skill, just poor business practice.
Roger the owner was great to talk to, his knowledge in gutter was impressive & although they took longer to get to my job because of their workload. I was very satisfied with the job & what I was charged. I will use this company in the future if I need gutters or roofing.
Extremely slow they only worked about 3 hours a day 4 times a week
