I was very impressed with the quality of the product and service we received. There were a couple of issues with the hard-wood flooring installation, but the company was quick to correct the issues, took full ownership and stood behind both the work and the product. Fort Wayne Flooring is one of the newer flooring company's in our growing city. Phil is awesome! Walked me through the entire process and why it would cost the amount quoted - from a time as well as a material stand point - only to finish and under budget. I couldn't decide whether I wanted a carpet or laminate floor install, but I ended up choosing the laminate because of the amount of general foot traffic as well as the easy cleanup during the winter months.
