I requested a alignment and tire rotation only. They said it will be done 1.5 hr to 2hrs. I wait instead since 2hrs of wait is not bad. I'm the first in line when they open so that I can get out early. But it ends up they finished the job for 4.5hr. I ask what is going on is there any issue. The front desk person tell me it took a long time due to tire balancing. Which I never request to do that service in the first place. No one tell me or giving me an update why it taking so long to get done. I trusted this shop for 15year... read more
