We were traveling from out of state for a softball tournament when my daughter had a braces emergency. A wire was cutting into her cheek, and with the July 4th holiday, nearly every orthodontic office was closed. Dr. Malerman went above and beyond. He personally returned my call and made time to see my daughter before the long holiday weekend, knowing she otherwise wouldn’t have been able to get treatment until Monday.
