The bills are outrageous and the customer service is horrible.
It was great to go out in to the community and educate citizens on how to conserve energy! I am certain they can drastically reduce their power consumption by taking just a few steps. We all end out as winners!
I have been most disappointed tonight with the lack of updates about the power outage affecting my home and a large part of town. I have received no email communication from you all and have seen no Facebook updates. My first phone call to get an update was answered by a man who couldn't tell me why the power was out or give an expected time for power restoration. Our next phone call for an update resulted in the same man saying "I hope it is up soon". A most unprofessional and irritating answer as we all hope it is up soon.... read more
