I have used this store the last few years (was going to the original store prior) to replace my work boots. I have not had a single bad experience on any visit. The staff has never been overly pushy, and seem to just want you happy with your purchase when you leave. They don't push their opinion on you, but will give it if you ask. This is customer service done correctly.

John is the man, gets exactly what I need the first time around and is extremely helpful. Devin is great help as well, and very friendly. Overall highly satisfied, and will be coming back! Thank you.

Stopped in to get work apparel and was greeted right away and offered assistance. They ordered the pants in the size I needed and offered to call or text me when they arrive. I noticed that they placed a table in front of their counter and made a comment about their ingenuity in assisting customers in maintaining a 6' distance from the employee behind the counter.
