There are new owners of this business and so far they haven't make a good first impression. Our scheduled appointment time to drop off our boat was between 2 and 6p.m. on Sept. 9. When we arrived at the storage facility at about 2:15 there was one other boat sitting in front of a locked gate and another boat behind us waiting to enter.
