Solid security, very clean, but definitely on the expensive side.
Imagine this… For over a year you pay top dollar for climate control storage and you keep adding units at the same complex. You are quiet, you keep to yourself, you pay your monthly bill on time. The only time I have complained was when Melinda was drop dead disrespectful screaming at my disabled veteran husband and myself, and refused our military discount on VETERANS DAY. Edited on June 6th to 3/5. Off-Site Management was very quick to respond and get the Walls/floors looked into and the A/C for the climate controlled units fixed. I have to say they handled the complaints about the building in a very timely manner. ——————————————————————————— When we first started renting units here, this complex seemed very nice. For him alone, I’d rate this place 5 stars. However the property manager Melinda, ultimately needs additional training on how to treat customers as her actions were not acceptable.
