They take care of you and your homes excellent I’ve been to multiple Military bases They don’t even care how your house looks or smells Fort steward has been one of the best places To live I’m not going to lie.
Just moved it, had a small leak. Called maintenance, got a call not even 5 mins later by the tech of when they'll be here. Came out same day and fixed the problem. Also, very friendly !
Everyone is very friendly in Maintenance however the only issue I have is their reliability. Our previous base always scheduled times of when they’d show up, example 8-12 or 1-4. You picked what’s best for you. However here they don’t go by scheduled times apparently it’s whenever they can show up they will, possibly don’t have enough staff the maintain all the calls that come through.
