Sergio is the breath of fresh air when it comes to working with Fort Stewart Family Homes. My wife and I have lived on base at 3 other Army post; anyone else who has stayed on-post housing knows that it can be difficult working with the home agency. However, Sergio always goes out of his way to help out and respond to our issues. There is a reason everyone refers to him as “the man”!
Mr Kurt came in fix our ac unit after we had called 15 minutes ago to maintenance at 11:20pm in was very professional after coming at the last minute he explained what happened and how to prevent the problem from happening again very outstanding service
