If having to spend a few days in the Hospital was to be a stay a resort,then staff at FSJ Hospital nailed it. The staff made each patient feel like they could be the most important thing happening to you at that moment. I can not think of one thing I witnessed that would lower my star cout from a 5. Congratulations on a Job well done FSJ Hospital and thank you for the three days of royal treatment you all gave me.
My daughter was very sick and I was dreading going into emergency at 7pm last night with her. But I would like to praise the staff and doctors for an amazing experience! The nurses and docs were very helpful and made my daughter a priority. She had bloodwork and urine samples done, IV too - was helped and home in no time, and doing well now, all thanks to them. Overall the BEST hospital experience I've had!
Staff and security starting drinking alcohol at midnight on New Years Eve in the ER, and did not think it was an issue!!!
