Affordable, rather boring looking, and a little run down, but otherwise nothing unique or memorable about it, like 95% of trailer parks in North America. (Sorry, but the term "mobile home", while technically correct, is a bit of a misnomer as far as I am concerned, "semi-movable non-weatherproof attempt at a home" would be more appropriate. At least the management here is quite good.
