Both Lee Ann in Dr Stephen Ritter’s office and Christine in Dr Harmon’s office went WAY beyond our wildest expectations in accommodating us, persistently contacting and following up with imagining center for scans and with my cardiologist for surgery approval. They are both empathic, persistent, efficient, flexible, warm and kind. They are both now superior cherished members of our healthcare team! So many thanks to them!
