The guy is a total thief! First of all he said all we needed to get my car out was something that had a name on it not the car title or anyone’s ID let alone a license, then when I tried to get a Receipt he acted like I was doing something wrong and then physically assaulted my boyfriend. And after he hit my boyfriend he started yelling that we were crazy and he’s glad that he legally towed my vehicle.
