This place and their front staff is disgusting. (Experience from someone who was licensed in the medical industry for years). So i know what to expect in this field and this experience is never acceptable. Their behavior is nothing short of abusive and out of line. We had an appointment and all documents transferred to this place, and miscommunication happened. They just don't care. They will never call with results. They will never go out of their way. The bare minimum is a lofty goal for them. You will wait for months for an appointment, wait hours to actually get seen, pay an arm and a leg then leave with no answers.
Very thorough, considerate of my time, friendly, took the time to listen to me, always explains in detail what’s going on and the entire staff is super friendly. I never feel rushed and leave with all questions answered. The ladies in the lab are awesome!
