Very thorough, considerate of my time, friendly, took the time to listen to me, always explains in detail what’s going on and the entire staff is super friendly. I never feel rushed and leave with all questions answered. The ladies in the lab are awesome!
We would give zero stars if it would let us!! We’ve tried for 2 weeks to set up an appt here after our PCP sent over a referral for my husband months ago and I’ve had 3 people argue with me about getting an appt set up for my husband because they don’t want to talk to me. My husband works all day and can’t call them and set on hold for 30 minutes so they literally told me to find another facility to go to! I asked to speak with a supervisor and they all hang up on me! I used to go to a horrible rheumatologist in Tulsa who said there was nothing wrong with me, said I was just fat and needed to lose weight. Thankfully my PCP got me in to see Dr. Braunum. Turns out I have lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and fibromyalgia. Dr. Braunum and his office treat me well and are always kind and usually on time.
