It's interesting how the reviews for Fort Smith Eye Clinic can bounce between very negative to very positive. Today was my first experience using this eye clinic. My entire experience was fantastic. From the front desk to the clinician, to Dr. Keating himself I was very satisfied. Everyone was friendly and the care was top notch. Maybe they treated me so well because I'm an old man and they respect their elders? ;-)
DO NOT USE THIS EYE DR! I’ve had glasses/contacts for over 27 years and I’ve never had issues with a wrong prescription after getting my eyes examined until now. I saw the Dr 2 months ago and after seeing him I started getting migraines and can not read anything further then about 5 feet. I’ve complained multiple times and the nurses and Dr act like it’s in my head and they want to charge me to have my eyes reexamined when they are the ones who messed up. The girls up front are absolutely the sweetest!!! Dr. Keating is so kind and truly the best optometrist I’ve ever been to—and I’ve worn glasses my entire life!!! I couldn’t recommend this place more. They’re also bilingual, which makes the experience even better. Definitely the best place to go!!!
I went to pick my daughter contact to find out they gave it to someone else without verifying the person. One of the girl said it was a young boy, teen age and insisted it was my child! All my kids are grown!!! very disappointed and would not go there again!
