The girls up front are absolutely the sweetest!!! Dr. Keating is so kind and truly the best optometrist I’ve ever been to—and I’ve worn glasses my entire life!!! I couldn’t recommend this place more. They’re also bilingual, which makes the experience even better. Definitely the best place to go!!!
I went to pick my daughter contact to find out they gave it to someone else without verifying the person. One of the girl said it was a young boy, teen age and insisted it was my child! All my kids are grown!!! very disappointed and would not go there again!
Best optometrist in FS! I have seen Dr. Keating since 2022. The ladies upfront are so sweet and nice 😊
NO STARS. The blonde and a couple other ladies that work the front desk should not be in customer care. They are not professional nor do they try to help a client in any way. I doubt Dr. Keating has any idea that they are the reason he's losing patients. Also, when you don't care trial pairs for a contact prescription but suggest letting them have a trial pair in a slightly different prescription should be illegal bc that could damage the eyes!! I am finally changing my source!
