Had a great experience at Fort smith eye clinic the girls at the front are super sweet! And Dr. Keating is the best! Definitely recommend this clinic if you want the job done right
My husband and I needed to both be seen for vision problems and we called and they got us in the same day. We both were able to see the doctor and get fitted for new contact lenses. Our experience was absolutely a pleasant one and we will definitely be returning customers.
It's interesting how the reviews for Fort Smith Eye Clinic can bounce between very negative to very positive. Today was my first experience using this eye clinic. My entire experience was fantastic. From the front desk to the clinician, to Dr. Keating himself I was very satisfied. Everyone was friendly and the care was top notch. Maybe they treated me so well because I'm an old man and they respect their elders? ;-)
DO NOT USE THIS EYE DR! I’ve had glasses/contacts for over 27 years and I’ve never had issues with a wrong prescription after getting my eyes examined until now. I saw the Dr 2 months ago and after seeing him I started getting migraines and can not read anything further then about 5 feet. I’ve complained multiple times and the nurses and Dr act like it’s in my head and they want to charge me to have my eyes reexamined when they are the ones who messed up.
