Was a very pleasant transaction he was very helpful and made the transaction very smooth and was a very personable person to talk to after the day we had with the other storage places that we had encountered it was a good experience to finally get someone that would want to help
I've never had a problem with Zac or Brian. They've always been very helpful on any problems that pop-up or anything. These are some good guys, and a clean facility too!
Great experience signing up for a storage unit. Was shown the unit prior to filling out paperwork. Loved knowing there are staff there to help when needed.
It's very unprofessional unkind and unwilling to work with you. If you ever have an issue where you can't take a payment to them. As I battle a life-threatening disease, they made me feel belittled and as if I were noone. Only care about money and not people. There are other units around. Pick on that won't make you feel bad.
