We were moving from a 13 room house to a 8 room house! We needed space to store things while we made the move. It was so simple and convenient with Fort Scott Self-Storage! I called and made arrangements to rent a 10X20 unit and started moving things in the next day! We have now moved everything out and it was an easy task. After we removed everything, we swept and then we were able to keep the lock. We really appreciate the convenience and cooperation of the manager of this company!

Storage unit I rented for a few months was leaking every time it rained. A lot of my things were damaged because of this. These units are also infested with roaches and mice. The owners refuse to do anything about these issues. Rent a storage unit elsewhere. Edit because I can’t reply to the owner: Rented with someone else, so my name wasn’t on the contract perhaps. This was the absolute best service by far. I reserved a unit from a different state and it was very easy to do. Marilyn was so accommodating, patient and extremely kind. She remained in contact with me when I needed to communicate and was simply great with us. Thank you so so much!

I have had a unit at the Richards Road location for years. The facility is well lit and has cameras. Marilyn is awesome to work with. You can't go wrong with this company. Only reason I don't have a unit anymore is that I moved out of state. Wish I could give 10 stars!!

Really professional place and kept up on it! Called me right away when notice anything happened to my unit weather someone messed with my unit or if I changed the lock! Amazing owner!
