Fort Scott Lofts is great. I had an apartment there for two years and loved it. This refurbished office building, which is right in the middle of a very walkable downtown, is attractive, nicely updated, safe, secure, and solid as a fortress. Even during severe rainstorms, I was unaware of the wind and rain unless I was looking out a window right then, and my highest monthly electric bill was less than $50. Well kept apartments with elevator and laundry room on site. On site manager, Rachel takes care of building and is very friendly as well.
