Extremely disappointed in the care I receive here. From my perspective, the docs are not allowed to have a real doctor patient relationship because they are managed by an endless list of bureaucratic rules and regulations handed down by the Federal Government. Even simple things like hyperbaric oxygen therapy for PTSD / Brain Injury......Nope. We do not offer that. Unless you go there for incredible simple 5th grade things like a bandaid or pills, they are incompetent at best. They know little about how the actual VA works or how to get things done outside of their clinic. Either that or they are just part of a VA system that is systemically broken beyond repair.
