I cannot give this clinic a low enough rating. ESPECIALLY YOU DR. BALL. I have not seen her in over a year. Why? my last 2 appointments with her she cancelled because she had to leave early. Gee, it must be nice to have a job where you are on salary and patient volume and satisfaction have nothing to with your compensation. Docs like you are part of the problem in the VA System, but hey, your body fills a slot so when the big bosses get called to Congress, they can say we have plenty of doctors. Some individuals here are absolutely wonderful, truly. But the overall quality is lacking. Every time I call about something, I'm told a nurse will call me back and it never happens. I follow up and get the same "a nurse will call" and then oops, look at that it's Friday and I now have to wait the entire weekend. I was blatantly lied to by one guy who claimed that the reason they STILL do not have my results was because their fax machine has apparently been down for a month. Extremely disappointed in the care I receive here. From my perspective, the docs are not allowed to have a real doctor patient relationship because they are managed by an endless list of bureaucratic rules and regulations handed down by the Federal Government. Even simple things like hyperbaric oxygen therapy for PTSD / Brain Injury......Nope. We do not offer that.
