I took my watch in for service last week and everything went great. Dan fixed me up quickly and for a very fair price. The service here has always been top notch. It’s a beautiful shop . Fort Richmond Jewellers is a true gem of a family-run business. Today, they shortened a necklace and two bracelets for me at no charge (by simply removing the links) after another jeweller quoted more than the jewellery itself had cost. My mom trusted them for years for their honest, reasonably priced work. When she developed dementia, the owner and his son even came to her home to repair and wind her grandfather clock. Took my 15 year old watch in to have repaired. Didn't take long and runs and looks like brand new. All done at a very reasonable price
Mr. Dan did a fantastic job with my special request. He is friendly and easy to talk to as well. He also checked my finger size because I have been guessing for years. A very professional person. The piece was fixed in the time quoted and the price was actually less than his initial quote! You can trust he is ethical and a great craftsman. Thank you!
