i used fort pools for a massive back yard pool renovation. it looks nice but within 14 months the pool pump is broke. we found plastic chunks in the pool return indicating that the filters are not working properly and the installation work was shoddy. fort pools response? "it's been more than a year". they wouldn't even return our call, we got this in a text. they sold themselves as a family business and did a poor installation resulting in a broken pump. they do not stand behind their work and they will leave you hanging. ... read more
