The house is wonderful and is strategically located. It wears its years with great charm and Paul's paintings on the walls make it even more precious. Paul is kind and thoughtful.

Ich war im November für 9 Tage bei Paul und habe mich mit Absicht für Staten Island entschieden denn in der Innenstadt wollte ich nicht übernachten. Klar, Staten Island ist ein bisschen außerhalb aber hat eine super Anbindung an Manhattan durch die Fähre die sehr oft fährt und fussläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Rustic, but clean and comfortable. It was as expected. The host was very friendly, the location is quiet and only a 10 min walk away from the Staten Island ferry to Manhattan.

Excelente relación calidad/precio. Al estilo de casas de New York, las habitaciones son grandes, espaciosas, con una cocina integrada. Muy cerca del ferry y el del outlet Empire. Buena comunicación con Manhattan y New Jersey. Excelente atención de Paul. Es como estar en casa.

Sale, delabré, odeur quasi insoutenable et quartier peu rassurant, le seul bon point est son prix et la proximité du ferry pour Manhattan
