This place is an absolute gem! Being stationed at Fort Drum, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Management is responsive and very helpful (Bonnie is awesome!), maintenance is prompt and super friendly, and the community/location is unbeatable. I moved in when it was covid and I was unable to see the apartment (my personal restriction), and took a chance renting here but it turned out to be a great decision.
I want to say how much I appreciate everyone at Fort Pike Commons. When I was without power for 21 hours Bonnie, Scott and Virgil ensured I was checked on and they did everything within their ability to make me comfortable and safe until power was restored and Scott went the extra mile, calling me after hours making sure I was good. Thank you all so much.
Me and my husband have lived here for only a little over a month, but we fell in love with Fort Pike fast. Coming from an apartment complex on the west coast who didn’t care about anything but raising our rent year after year and ignoring our complaints, Fort Pike is a different world. The townhome style layout we picked is wonderful, and we even have a view of the lake from our porch. If I could give more stars, I would. I love living here! Sackets is a beautiful place and the fort pike community is wonderful. It’s immaculately cared for by maintenance and management. Whenever I have needed anything, they’ve helped me immediately. For example, when I first moved in I couldn’t figure out how to get my wifi router connected. A member of management gave me her personal spare. And this winter, when I got my car buried in a snowy parking lot at the marina, I called maintenance. Even though the marina is not fo... read more
Fort Pike Commons is hands down one of the best complexes I have ever lived in and plan on continuing to renew my yearly lease for years to come. The owners take a lot of pride in this complex and it shows. The office staff is beyond amazing. The maintenance here is fantastic and have always gone above and beyond not only for myself but for other tenants here in the complex.
