I heard a weird sound in my car, so I stopped and asked for help. They took my car right away, and it took them about 30 minutes to figure out what it was. It turned out to be just a piece of plastic that was stuck. They didn’t charge me for it.

Price replace fuel pump went from quoted 550 to 595 tax was not upfront 3 percent debit card had pay to bankcash. Shop forman not friendly ask when check it said when i get it in here didnt test drive i thoght may have fuxed shifting issue stll have he left lobby when i walked in

I was traveling from south Alabama to NC. My 2021 diesel started shutting itself down. Pulled in to this place. I told them I was driving through. They had me diagnosed immediately, called about part availability and did the work as soon as my part got there. They are number one in my book.

After wasting my time for 2 weeks claiming to have sent the info over to the warranty company (claim was never sent) Scott threw his hands up like a child who couldn't sit at the big boy table, and decided they weren't gonna work on it period. I have a video/audio of our last conversation to back my claims. (Alabama is a one-party consent state)
