Good items and atmosphere however service is insanely slow. I was the only person waiting and it took 10 minutes to make two lattes and box 2 pastries after paying.
I'm gonna be very blunt. I did not like it at all. I went with the Pain suisse, which was full to the brim with a super thick custard, which defeats the point of a Pain suisse. Way too sweet and heavy. French pastries are supposed to feel light (even if they're absolutely not). It's also the most expensive pastry I've ever had, so double no.
Really good pastries, highly recommend. Only downfall is it’s quite expensive. Understandably because of quality, I would go more if the price was just a little cheaper.

Poor packaging = broken cake. Told I didn't pay. Poor communication. From start to finish I had a terrible experience. The terrible website didn't work initially and i had a long winding conversation about having to pay online as order for pay in store wasn't allowed. She said try to pay online if it works great, if not pay in store. Phone attendant checked w a chef and was able to place an order for the next day.
